According to the statistics of the Martyr Foundation, 16,344 women altruists, including 7,360 martyred women, 8,917 veteran women, and 67 freed Iranian women have been identified.

 The first meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for Commemoration of Women Martyrs and Veterans was held in the presence of the Vice President for Women and Family Affairs and representatives of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs, Women's Basij, the Foundation for the Preservation and Dissemination of Sacred Defense Values, Tehran Municipality, and the Deputy Veterans Affairs Advisor of the Vice Presidency for Women and Family Affairs.

This headquarters has been established to plan for the commemoration of martyred, veteran, and freed Iranian women, to record their identities in contemporary history and to introduce them to the present and future generations.

According to the statistics of the Martyr Foundation, 16,344 women altruists, including 7,360 martyred women, 8,917 veteran women, and 67 freed Iranian women have been identified.

In this meeting, planning and division of responsibility between devices were done and the use of artistic effects in cyberspace, media, and urban advertising environments to remember the role of women in their sacrifices during the Holy Defense were emphasized.
